Дачи переведут в категорию жилой недвижимости


 

УКРАИНА, 29 апр. - SV Development. На дачах можно будет прописаться.

Комитет по вопросам строительства, градостроительства и жилищно-коммунального хозяйства и региональной политики предлагает Верховной Раде взять за основу проект закона о внесении изменений в некоторые законы Украины о переводе садовых и дачных домов в статус жилых и регистрации в них места жительства.

Законопроект планируют дополнить статьей о переводе в жилую недвижимость садовых и дачных домов, о согласовании положения Земельного кодекса по строительству дачных домов на землях рекреационного назначения, а также дополнить уточнением понятия «место жительства физического лица».

Перевести дачные и садовые дома в категорию жилой недвижимости, где можно будет прописаться, можно в соответствующих органах местного самоуправления на основании обращения граждан.

Члены комитета поддержали законопроект, принятие которого позволит согласовать законодательные понятия и процедуры в жилищном, гражданском законодательстве относительно жилья и создаст надлежащие условия для реализации гражданами права на свободный выбор места жительства.

My programmer is trying to convince me to move to .net from PHP. I have always disliked the idea because of the costs. But he's tryiong none the less. I've been using Movable-type on various websites for about a year and am worried about switching to another platform. I have heard good things about blogengine.net. Is there a way I can transfer all my wordpress posts into it? Any help would be really appreciated!

Howdy! I know this is somewhat off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website? I'm getting tired of Wordpress because I've had issues with hackers and I'm looking at alternatives for another platform. I would be great if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.

Hi! I just wanted to ask if you ever have any issues with hackers? My last blog (wordpress) was hacked and I ended up losing several weeks of hard work due to no data backup. Do you have any methods to prevent hackers?
