УКРАИНА, 17 янв. - SV Development. Как сообщили в консалтинговой компании SV Development за период с 18 января 2017 по 17 января 2017 года стоимость земельных участков под коттеджную застройку в Киевской области (14 районов) снизилась, в пределах 12,64% ($231) до 1 597 доллара за одну сотку.

При этом в области самым дешевым оставался Переяслав-Хмельн. район, со средним показателем $535/сотка, самым дорогим Киево-Святош. район, где средняя цена продажи составила $2 335/сотка.

  1. Киево-Святош. район - снижение 13,29% (на $358) до $2 335/сотка.
  2. Обуховский район - снижение 15,25% (на $353) до $1 962/сотка.
  3. Бориспольский район - снижение 13,92% (на $284) до $1 756/сотка.
  4. Вышгородский район - снижение 10,21% (на $172) до $1 513/сотка.
  5. Броварской район - снижение 11,32% (на $164) до $1 285/сотка.
  6. Васильковский район - снижение 11,84% (на $136) до $1 013/сотка.
  7. Макаровский район - снижение 3,22% (на $31) до $932/сотка.
  8. Бородянский район - снижение 11,84% (на $107) до $797/сотка.
