General information:

The Plot is located within 28 km from Kyiv along Zhytomyr Highway (within the borders of Makariv urban settlement) at a distance slightly over 1 km of Kyiv – Zhytomyr Highway. Total development area of cottage town is 119,2 Ha. The Plot's target purpose is construction and residential buildings maintenance. The concerned land – is in the ownership.

The general plan of «New Land» settlement envisages construction of 499 cottages of area from 160 to 260 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 119 hectares. Land lots of 1000 – 2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
