General information:
Specialists SV Development developed the concept of cottage town "EKO Park", located 45 kilometers from Kyiv (Borodyanskiy region).
The general plan of "EKO Park" settlement envisages construction of 1979 cottages of area from 160 to 200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 300 hectares. Land lots of 900 – 1900 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish. The future owners are offered 3-7 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house). .

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of "EKO Park" settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in "EKO Park" settlement will be built in the Western European styles.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure will be organized in the settlement including shopping and entertainment center and sports complex construction, administrative and control building, school and kindergarten, maintenance service and security, first-aid post, guest parking etc.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of "EKO Park" settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
