General information:
Specialists SV Development developed the concept of cottage town "Zagorodnaya rezedentsya", located 15 kilometers from Kyiv (Borispol region).
The general plan of "Zagorodnaya rezedentsya" settlement envisages construction of 490 cottages and 106 townhouses of area from 150 to 240 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 80 hectares. Land lots of 400 – 1900 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish. The future owners are offered 2-3 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house). .

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in "Zagorodnaya rezedentsya" settlement will be built in the Western European styles.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure will be organized in the settlement including shopping and entertainment center and sports complex construction, administrative and control building, school and kindergarten, maintenance service and security, first-aid post, guest parking etc.
