General information:
Specialists ST Development developed the concept of cottage town "Evropeysky", located 11 kilometers from Kharkov (Kharkov region).
The general plan of "Evropeysky" settlement envisages construction of 500 cottages and 132 townhouses of area from 150 to 280 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 126 hectares. Land lots of 500 – 2000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish. The future owners are offered 3-5 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house). .

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in "Evropeysky" settlement will be built in the Western European and classic style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure will be organized in the settlement including shopping and entertainment center and sports complex construction, administrative and control building, school and kindergarten, maintenance service and security, first-aid post, guest parking etc.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of "Evropeysky" settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
