Specialists ST Development developed the concept of cottage town "Crimskaya dolina", located in Foros (Crimea).
The general plan of "Crimskaya dolina" settlement envisages construction of 22 cottages of area from 200 to 250 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,3 hectares. Land lots of 1100 – 1800 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish. The future owners are offered 2 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house). .
