Specialists ST Development developed the concept of cottage town "Zvezda Zapada", located 11 km from Lviv (Yavorov area).
The general plan of "Zvezda Zapada" settlement envisages construction of 240 cottages of area from 150 to 200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 41 hectares. Land lots of 800 – 1300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure will be organized in the settlement including shopping and entertainment complex, administrative and control building, sport complex, maintenance service and security, first-aid post, guest parking etc.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of "Zvezda Zapada" settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
