General information:
Specialists ST Development developed the concept of cottage town "Dneprovsky zaliv", located 7 km from Dnepropetrovsk (Dnepropetrovsk district).
The general plan of "Dneprovsky zaliv" settlement envisages construction of 170 cottages of area from 150 to 240 sq.m and 40 town-houses of area from 150 to 240 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 37 hectares. Land lots of 400 – 1400 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Land lots are offered with obligatory construction contact; the most of the houses in the settlement are commissioned under preliminary finish. The future owners are offered 12 different projects of cottages depending on area and location with possibility to create individual designing solutions (within a house).

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure will be organized in the settlement including mini-market, administrative and control building, sport complex, maintenance service and security, first-aid post, guest parking etc.

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
