General information:
General plan of town “Tikhaya zavod” provides construction of 54 cottages of area from 300 to 480 sq.m. at the closed secured territory of 17 hectares. Land lots of 2000 – 4000 sq.m. are located in such a manner to provide maximal isolation and convenient access to the cottages.
Town development is conducted in two stages. The first stage envisages erection of 30 cottages for permanent inhabiting, and the second - 24 cottages more and construction of social and cultural objects.
Houses in “Tikhaya zavod” town are commissioned with complete “initial” finishing and engineering connections in all premises. There are several types of houses available; each of it has multi-variants execution. It is possible to modify a project based on customer’s requirements and to carry out construction based on individual project (with developer’s consent).

Communications:
Main communications and modern telecommunications are permanent attribute of modern cottage town. Engineering infrastructure in “Tikhaya zavod” made in strict conformity with the world standards. All cottages are connected to electric power, gas supply networks, water system and sewerage systems in sufficient volume. Modern telecommunication complex of the town provides connection of each country house to Kiev’s telephone network, Internet, and firefighting systems and security system.

Landscaping design of “Tikhaya zavod” town is performed in unified style. All sidewalks and pedestrian zones of the town will be laid with stone blocks, landscape works are carrying out in walking zones and near public buildings. The cottage town’s territory is equipped with system of decorative lightening with automatic regulation level depending on time of the day.

Major advantage of “Tikhaya zavod” is own recreational zone executed in unified landscaping design. Based on designers’ project, banks of the nearby river will be transformed into picturesque park with children's playgrounds and cozy pavilions.

Own administrative and recreation center of the town is planned to be created at the entry zone and will include mini-market, billiard room, and gym. Communal services, maintenance services, security point will be located here also. Guest parking is envisaged too.
Security:
Multi-level security system will provide you with calm and safety: totally enclosed territory of town on perimeter, automatic gate at the town’s entrance and barrier, and control point at the entry. Town’s guarding is carried out by internal security service 24 hours per day.
Management:
For life activity support in “Tikhaya zavod”, own maintenance and management company will be established for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads after houses sale, territory cleaning as well as render other services. Specialists of emergency control service will carry out round-the-clock duty.
