General information:
General plan of "Berezovaya Roshcha" town provides construction of 42 cottages of area from 260 to 400 sq.m. at the closed protected territory of 11 hectares. Land lots of 1400-3000 sq.m. are located in such a manner to provide maximal isolation and convenient access to the cottages.
Town’s development is conducted in one stage and envisages simultaneous erection of 42 cottages for permanent inhabiting and objects building of social and cultural purpose.
Houses in this town are commissioned with complete “intial” finishing and engineering connection in all premises. There are 7 standard variants of cottages available for choice. Free planning will allow using rationally the inside area of the house and creating interior to any taste.

Entry to control security point is envisaged at the town’s territory. The town’s guarding is carried out by perimeter and inside of the territory. Video monitoring is carried out outside the town’s perimeter. Duty schedule – 24 hours per day. Alarm system is provided for houses, which guarding is carried out from the central board of security service of the complex.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for living ability support of "Berezovaya Roshcha" town, which carry out further maintenances service of buildings, engineering systems and roads after houses sale, territory cleaning as well as render other services. Specialists of emergency control service will carry out round-the-clock duty.
