General information:
The general plan of “Zelenye Kholmy” settlement envisages construction of 73 cottages and 17 town-houses of area from 160 to 300 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 19 hectares. Land lots of 300 – 2600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to cottages and town-houses.
The settlement development is planned to be carried out in 3 stages. The first stage anticipates erection of 41 cottages for permanent residence, the second – building of 32 cottages and 17 town-houses, and the third - construction of infrastructure objects.
The houses in the settlement are commissioned with complete preliminary finish, and engineering connections in all the premises. The future owners are offered 3 - 4 different projects of cottages for the purpose not to create a discord but simultaneously to ensure a possibility to differentiate one house from another thus to introduce a reasonable variety subordinated to single architectural idea.

Base: piles from cast-in-situ reinforced concrete;
Walls: sandwich;
Roof: soft ruberoid tile;

Façade finish: siding.

Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage operating on natural gas, which reduces municipal payments to minimum. Besides, an owner may set optimal temperature of heating and hot water.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory, and improvement of neighboring lake.
Social infrastructure:
Administrative and recreation center includes the most required elements of settlement’s internal infrastructure as supermarket, small sports complex, café with the European cuisine, administrative and control building, first-aid post, guest parking, and guarding point.

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Zelenye Kholmy” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads after houses sale, territory cleaning as well as render other services.
