The market of secured cottage towns located along Zhytomir highway within 8 – 25 km distance from Kiev has been studied during marketing researches. 

Supply structure analysis was performed on 13 cottage towns available in the specified area that forms 100% of supply. Amongst it, three objects are at the different designing stages, 8 – at the stage of building and assembly works, and only 2 objects were put into operation.

Altogether, the analysis was performed based on more than 1 000 housing developments presented to sale, sold already, or planned to realization. Such sampling represents only primary market reflecting more exactly the modern trends in the sphere of development of secured cottage towns market.

Upon demands analysis the database of potential house buyers in settlements of the company SV Development including over 300 requests concerning objects in Kievskaya Region was used.
