The market of secured cottage towns of Boryspol Region 15 – 35 km distance from Kiev has been studied during marketing researches.

Supply structure analysis was performed on 12 cottage towns available represented at the market of the specified area that forms 100% of supply. Amongst it, five objects are at the different designing stages, 6 – at the stage of building and assembly works, and only 1 object was put into operation.

Altogether, the analysis was performed based on more than 700 housing developments presented to sale, sold already, or planned to realization. Such sampling represents only primary market reflecting more exactly the modern trends in the sphere of development of secured cottage towns market.
