In the process of research, land market for residential development in Kyiv's Region has been studied in details and its comprehensive analysis was submitted, and its tendencies and development perspectives were determined also.

At preparation of this work, the information received from internal corporate database was used as well as at the time of telephone/individual interview holding with the plots' proprietors and realtor's companies, and from public mass media sources.

Supply structure analysis was performed on 30 thousand hectares of land offered for sale today and with perspective of development in middle-term period.
