The experts of the company SV Development have carried out analysis of the best and the most effective use of land lot located in 15 km distance from Kharkovskaya Square along Borispolskaya highway. Within the scope of this work, the suburban real estate market and concerned direction has been analyzed (trends, demand, supply), weak and strong sides of the lot has been determined, and financial models for four different variant of projects realization were designed. Strategy of construction of high middle class cottage town was considering in capacity of the most effective variant of land lot use corresponding to realities of the cottage towns market of Kiev and taking into account location and area also.
