Location: in 15 km distance from Kharkov’s boundary (in Moscow direction);

The experts of the company SV Development  have carried out analysis of the best and the most effective use of land lot located in 15 km distance from Kharkov’s boundary (in Moscow direction). Within the scope of this work, the suburban real estate market has been analyzed (trends, demand, supply), weak and strong sides of the lot has been determined, and financial models for three different variant of projects realization were designed. In capacity of the most effective variant of land lot use corresponding to realities of the cottage towns market of Kharkovsky region was considered a supply diversification strategy: realization of objects with construction contract for business class cottages. 

Based on work’s results, the Customer was given information on the project’s realization strategy, all parameters of the site development (infrastructure area, quantitative, qualitative and price characteristics), and financial indices and model of economic efficiency made in accordance with basic hypothesis
