Marketing characteristics (demand/supply structure, trends, housing cost) and technical characteristics (area, geology, engineering communications, and land geography) of the site have been considered during the estimation process. Final cost was determined based on average market prices as well as on forecasted indicators of financial return under condition of site purchase and project realization.
In a result of this research, the Customer was given a report containing grounds for adjustment of the site’s main characteristics, settlement files and final cost value of the site declared for estimation.
