The specialists of SV Development  company performed the analysis of plot's investment attractiveness based on analysis of residential and commercial property market of Lviv located within residential objects, and computing of financial-economic indices of investment project.

Main task and purpose of the work performance was to receive an independent opinion on investment perspectives into land lots with existing objects, and building of middle-storey residential complex with emphasis on shopping objects on the concerned plot.
