April 4, Kyiv-based developer Mandirin Plaza formally opened new class A office center Parus [sail] in downtown Kyiv.
According to Vagif Aliev, one of Mandarin Plaza’s owners, his company has invested about UAH 500 mln (EUR 77 mln) into the project.
As the center opened, about 90 pct of its offices have already been leased. The base offices’ leasing rate in Parus is USD 55/sq. meter not including VAT and utility payments.
Parus has officially become the tallest building in Kyiv with 35 floors and 130-meter height. It operates 4-level parking for 300 cars.
Parus office center opened on the birthday of another Aliev’s project – one of the most prestigious in Kyiv Mandarin Plaza commercial center. Aliev promised that on the next April 4, the investors will open another project – Esplanada commercial and entertainment center in the Sportyvna square.
