London-based Reid Minty has announced the launch of a new office in the Ukrainian capital Kiev.
The firm, which employs Russian, Ukrainian and Armenian speaking solicitors, made the move as part of its strategic plan to increase the scope of its services in this area.
The launch of the overseas marketing arm in Kyiv, Reid Minty International, was led by increased Anglo-Ukrainian business activity.
Managing partner at Reid Minty, Nick Neoclous, said that some of the firm’s clients are looking at the Ukrainian market from an investment perspective.
The UK has appealed to Ukrainian businesses for a range of opportunities such as cross-border business ventures and buying real estate.
The firm has been dealing with clients in the Ukraine for a number of years and hopes the new office will further develop its activity and services with clients operating in the country.
