Kyiv's only ski resort Kyiv is about to receive EUR 45 mln of investments from Kyisportservis, a company that currently owns 39 pct of the resort.
Kyiv City Administration said it will sell 51 pct shares of Protasiv Yar skiing complex from. As an owner of 39 pct of the complex’s stock Kyivsportservis has the priority right to buy that share, an option which Kyivsportservis is likely to pick up.
The company will invest EUR 45 mln in its reconstruction, particularly, in increasing the number of tubing and snowboarding lines.
Kyiv City Administration announced a competition for an apprisal contractor that will carry out an independent evaluation of the property.
Experts estimate that the share will be sold for about UAH 1.6 mln (USD 330,000)
