According to the market’s operators, as of March 1, 2007, the average monthly rent in Ukraine’s fashionable shopping centers amounted to USD 80-350 per square meter without the running costs. As to Brothers&Co. Ukraine’s branch director general Andrii Momotenko, supply for restaurants in Kyiv’s downtown is pretty low, while the lease prices are unwarrantedly high.
