Construction of 41-story business centre on intersection of Vozduhoflotsky Boulevard and Borshagovsky Street started. The building will be build right next to the City’s hall of civil acts registration or the “Central Welding Hall”. Construction is taking place on 0.7 hectares lot. Triangular building of the Central Welding Hall will go through reconstruction and will a conference centre. There is a plan to finish the project in the second quarter of 2010. By that time it will include the just started 41-story building, another 60 –story building and the building of exciting triangular hall.

Because of discussion in the media about 60 trees that were removed for construction there was no ceremony of ground-breaking for 41-story business centre.
