XXI Century buys 3 plots of land in Kiev and Odessa

XXI Century Investments Public Ltd said it has signed an agreement to buy three plots of land covering 78 hectares in Kiev and Odessa in Ukraine, and that the land will be used to build a network of warehousing facilities.

The Ukrainian real estate company said it will invest more than 280 mln usd to develop the network. It plans to build and turn over 11 projects by 2012, adding that blueprints for the Odessa complexes have been approved.

The company expects construction to start this summer.
