In the Goloseevskom district of Kiev to 2012 years will enter the first turn of building of multifunction dwelling-office complex with underground parkingom and entertaining area, the general area of which will make more than 600 thousand кв.м. Project is foreseen by tearing down of being on this area of movie theater and «Megamarketa».

In a future complex dwellings apartments, restaurant, pool and фитнес-hall, conference halls, offices, will take a place in obedience to a project, movie theater on 6 halls and bowling, and also «butikovaya gallery» and underground parking on 1,6 thousand машино-places.

It is planned also to include in the complement of complex a 19-floor hotel into 640 places. Offices will take a place in building a height a 31 floor. Under dwellings apartments over 20 thousand will be taken apt. m, that will allow to build 209 apartments: one-room are 55 шт., «dvushek» - 45, «three» roubles - 93, chetyrekhkomnatnykh - 10 and pyatikomnatnykh - 6.

Realization of project is counted on three turns.  The first foresees tearing down of movie theater and part of the two-storeyed parking and building in them place business center, hotel and parkinga on 1 thousand of машино-places, second is tearing down of «Megamarketa» and building of restaurant and auction-entertaining complex, third is obustroystvo of pedestrian constructions at the level of 3th floor of complex.

The members of gradsoveta approved this project on the whole. However much the main architect of Kiev Vasiliy Prisyazhnyuk recommended to moderate ambitions of investors in regard to auction areas.  According to his the opinion, they must be shortened. Customers and proektantam also must it will be expect transport streams and carrying capacity of streets in an order to ground a necessary seating capacity for an auto in parkinge.

Building customer a company «Rating-1» is engaged in changing of the having a special purpose setting of earth. Now on this area it is possible to build parkingi only.
