КИЕВ, 29 янв - SV Development. Kharkiv-based Avantazh investment and construction corporation plans to develop the commercial real estate management direction.
"I think that the year could be rather successful for an exploitation company, which is part of Avantazh Group. We've occupies a certain position in the housing real estate management, and now it’s time for the commercial facility management," the company's president, Anatoliy Denysenko, told Interfax-Ukraine.
As reported, in spring 2008, Avantazh created Avantazh Company for Exploitation and Servicing of Housing Facilities Ltd.
Denysenko also said that today Avantazh is in talks with future leasers of the Visit trade center, which has been commissioned and launched. In addition, work on preparation of the CapitalEast business center to the commissioning is being done.
He said that among the task of the company for 2009 is more active development of investment direction.
"This concerns activities of Avantazh-Estate, which closely approached to work with funds on real estate transactions, and Avantazh Capital Management, which has the right to work with a number of financial instruments. The company continues talks with potential foreign investors to realize joint developing projects," Denysenko said.
As reported, in 2008, the company completed the building of four residential houses of around 50,000 square meters and a trade and business center of 20,000 square meters in Kharkiv.
The overall portfolio of the corporation's current and promising projects consists of over 10 facilities in various phases of implementation. Their overall area is more than 1.25 million square meters, including housing complexes, a business center, a multi-function facility, and a shopping mall.
Avantazh is a vertically integrated holding, which consists of companies including: CJSC Spetsbudmontazh, Spetsbudtekhnika Ltd., Slobozhansky construction materials plant, MK S.K.S.M. Ltd., CJSC 16358 motor transport firm, ZAMK Glasstek Ltd., Avantazh -Estate Ltd., and others.
