The land on Soshenko street, 33 in the Podol district is admeasured for the National union of artists of Ukraine for art studios construction. This decision was made at the session of Kyiv city council on July, 12.

According to it, the union of artists received the lot with a square 1,72 ha lease with a term for 5 years. This project envisages the territory for motor transport and also for social objects which should be built at the same time with the construction of blocks of flats.

Lessee should pay 5 percents of expenses for construction of total floor space for the development of housing construction to the city budget. Lessee is to give the Chief housing department 7 percents of total territory of houses.
