The Kyiv Appeal administrative court remedied grievance of the Kyiv city state administration on decree of the Economic court of Kyiv of April, 27 this year on recognition as unlawful actions and cancellation of decision and decrees of the Kyiv city council on the raise of housing rates.

As press-service of the Kyiv city state administration informed, according to the decision of the Appeal court of June, 27 decree of the Economic court of Kyiv is abolished.

Thus housing rates approved by decision of Kyiv council session “On the housing rates” of February, 8 2007 remain valid.

As a reminder, on February, 13 the Economic court of Kyiv recognized decree of the Kyiv city state administration of October, 30 2006 on rise of housing rates and abolished it.
