Studying the housing building markets in Vinnitska, Donetska and Odesska oblasts, the Anti-Monopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) revealed that the construction profitability rates are very high and sometimes reaches 100 pct.

That happens even despite the construction materials’ prices growth.

As AMCU statement reads, this fact completely refutes the information provided by construction organizations about a moderate level of their profits.

Also AMCU notes that during the study the most enterprises groundlessly refused or protracted with providing the information.
