As press-service of Ministry of justice reports, during the last year in Ukraine the slump of operations is fixed with the purchase-sale of habitation.

In 2007 in Ukraine the 5-percent slump of operations is fixed with the purchase-sale of apartments and dwelling-houses. About it Minister of justice Nick Onischuk reported with reference to these Ministries of justice of Ukraine in relation to a certification in 2007 the state and private notaries of agreements of purchase - sale of apartments and dwelling-houses.

According to Minister, last year in Ukraine notaries was uzavereno of 369174 agreements of purchase are sales of apartments and dwelling-houses. For comparison, 384898 such agreements were notarized in 2006, in 2005 - 366266.
In the cut of regions, where the greatest activity of operations is traditionally fixed with the purchase-sale of apartments and dwelling-houses, last year's tendencies looked like the following:

The most slump of demand on housings apartments is fixed in Kiev and Odessa. In particular, in the capital 19520 agreements of purchase - sales of apartments and dwelling-houses were notarized in 2007. For comparison, in 2006 25252 is notarized such the agreements, in  2005 this number made 21182 agreements.

In 2007 it is notarized the notaries of the Odessa area 18612 agreements of purchase are sales of housings apartments. In 2006 - 25424 agreements, for 2005 this number made  23720 agreements.

In the Kharkov area, in 2007 by the notaries of area 28559 agreements of purchase were notarized - prodazhei apartments and dwelling-houses. At the same time, in 2006  are 29888 agreements, for 2005 -  28674 agreements.

In the Donetsk, Dnepropetrovsk and Lvov areas last year the increase of demand is fixed on dwellings apartments.
The notaries of the Donetsk area in 2007 are notarize 48816 agreements of purchase - sales of apartments and dwelling-houses. In 2006 are  46218 agreements, in 2005 are  44629  agreements.

In 2007 it is notarized the notaries of the Dnepropetrovsk area 36732 agreements of purchase are sales of apartments and dwelling-houses. For comparison, in 2006 are 36725 such agreements,  in  2005 are 34345 agreements.

In the Lvov area by notaries 13306 agreements of purchase - sales of apartments and dwelling-houses were notarized in 2007. For comparison, in 2006 - 13013 agreements, in 2005 are 12338 agreements.
