Suburban cottages 28 pct cheaper than Kyiv apartments

A recent research of SV Development revealed that average prices for houses in cottage villages of Kyiv oblast make USD 1,750 per square meter. This is 28 pct cheaper than the price for new apartments in Kyiv.

According to SV Development, the most popular and expensive is Obukhivskyi direction. 32 pct of all cottage villages that have houses on sale are located there. The cottage price in this region varies from USD 1,785 to 5,000 per square meter (with a plot), an average price is USD 2,887.

The top prices for houses in the professional cottage villages of Kyiv region reach USD 3.5 mln; an ‘average’ cottage cost is USD 627,000, the lowest prices start from USD 86,000.
