Land cost in Kyiv suburbs grew up by 50 pct in 2007

According to SV Development consulting company, for four months of 2007, the average price of land plots for cottage building in 8 regions of Kyiv suburbs has grown up by 50 pct (USD 2,082) and reached USD 6,248 per acre.

The posh Obukhiv direction is still the priciest one and of a great demand. The prices’ growth rate in this region is the highest in Kyiv oblast. In four months the land cost out there has increased from USD 4,510 to USD 9,137 per acre. SV Development forecasts that soon the land price in Obukhiv direction may reach USD 10,000 per acre.

The second priciest region is Kyivo-Svyatoshinskyi with a land cost grown by USD 3,410 to USD 8,959 per acre.
