General information:

Cottage town is located at 10 kilometers distance from Kyiv in Boyarka city (Kievo-Svjatoshin  Area).
The general plan of “Family House” settlement envisages construction of 22 cottages and of area  from 154 to 192 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 1,5 hectares. Land lots of 300-500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Walls: brick
• Roofing: bitum tile
• Windows: two-cameras double glass panes
• Façade finish: mieral plaster with "sayding"

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Family House” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Family House" will be designed in the modern style.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, sport and children ground will be carried out at the territory.

Social infrastructure:

In infrastructure planned: children's playground, sports ground. Also, residents of the village are fully accessible infrastructure of the city of Kiev and Boyarka

Security:

Territory township immune, central entrance is round the clock protection. 

Management:

To ensure the livelihoods village “Family House” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
