General information:

Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vishgorod Area).
The general plan of “Swiss Village” settlement envisages construction of 53 cottages and of area  from 239 to 40 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 20 hectares. Land lots of 1200-3600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Swiss Village” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Swiss Village" will be designed in the Swiss style.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, sport and children ground will be carried out at the territory.

Social infrastructure:

Territory township immune, central entrance is round the clock protection. 

Management:

To ensure the livelihoods village “Swiss Village” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
