General information:

Cottage town is located at 10 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Borispol Area).
The general plan of “Konkurent” settlement envisages construction of 31 cottages and of area  from 180 to 320 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,7 hectares. Land lots of 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished shell and core.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, parking will be carried out at the territory.

Territory township immune, central entrance is round the clock protection. 

Management:

Services to ensure smooth power supply, cleaning the territory of the village and garbage collection, road maintenance and exterior fence in good condition will implement CT "Konkurent"
