General information:
Cottage town is located at 20 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Kozyn” settlement envisages construction of 11 duplexes and of area 221 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,7 hectares. Land lots of 200-300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:

Walls: reinforced concrete frame with a monolithic ceilings
Roofing: bitum tile
Windows: two-cameras double glass panes
Façade finish: paint etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Kozyn” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Kozyn" will be designed in the Western European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.

Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
To ensure the livelihoods village “Kozyn” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
