General information:

Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv ( Makarov Area).
The general plan of “Severinovskaja Zhemchuzhinka” settlement envisages construction of 4 cottages and 8 town-houses of area  from 250 to 350 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,6 hectares. Land lots of 300-500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: brick
• Roofing: tile
• Windows: two-cameras double glass panes
• Façade finish: decorativ plaster, etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Severinovskaja Zhemchuzhinka” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

• Sewerage system – septic

• Heating system – gas boiler

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Severinovskaja Zhemchuzhinka” will be designed in the Western European style.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.

Social infrastructure:

The settlement would provide for infrastructure, which includes grocery, a children's playground and outdoor

Security:

Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories. 

Management:

To ensure the livelihoods village “Severinovskaja Zhemchuzhinka” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
