General information:

Cottage town is located at 24 kilometers distance from Kyiv ( Vasilkov Area).
The general plan of “Hutor Derevjanky” settlement envisages construction of 5 cottages of area  450 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 2,6 hectares. Land lots of 1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: beams
• Roofing: on request
• Windows: two-cameras double glass panes
• Façade finish: paint materials, etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Hutor Derevjanky” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

• Sewerage system – septic

• Heating system – gas boiler

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Hutor Derevjanky” will be designed in the style at Finish houses.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.

Social infrastructure:

Own infrastructure is not provided. People who live here can fully enjoy infrastructure Vasylkiv

Security:

Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories. 

Management:

To ensure the livelihoods village “Hutor Derevjanky” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
