General information:
Cottage town is located at 17 kilometers distance from Kyiv ( Makarov Area).
The general plan of“Kozyrniy” settlement envisages construction of 5 cottages of area 160 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,4 hectares. Land lots of 700 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: carrying a wooden frame
Roofing: bitum tile
Windows: two-cameras double glass panes
Façade finish: decorative plaster, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Kozyrniy” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Kozyrniy” will be designed in the modern style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
Private infrastructure is not available.
Near (up to 300 m) farm market, shops, restaurants complexes: "Vechernytsi Club", "Hata Smerekova", "Carpathians", "Berezivka." Forest and three lakes in the 100-500 metres from home, outside the village.
Also, residents of the village can fully enjoy the infrastructure of Kiev.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
To ensure the livelihoods village “Kozyrniy” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
