General information:
Cottage town is located at 18 kilometers distance from Kyiv ( Kyivo-Svyatoshin Area).
The general plan of “Azur” settlement envisages construction of 256 cottages of area from 250 to 500 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 90 hectares. Land lots of 2000-7000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Azur” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Azur” will be designed in the different styles.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, children and sport grounds will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
In the village infrastructure includes: kindergarten to primary school, fitness centre with a 25 - metre pool and SPA-zone, billiard club, mini-market, restaurant, cafe, medical, pharmacy, 6 comfortable beaches, 2 tennis courts, football, basketball and volleyball court, boat station, children's playgrounds, running and footpaths.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
To ensure the livelihoods village “Azur” will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
