General information:
Cottage town is located at 37 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vishgorod Area).
The general plan of “Aviator” settlement envisages construction of 46 cottages of area from 120 to 240 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 6 hectares. Land lots of 1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: Profiled natural beams 150x180 (pine)
Roofing: bitum tile
Windows: two-cameras double glass panes
Façade finish: paint materials, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Aviator” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village of “Aviator” will be designed in the Finish village style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
Own infrastructure in the settlement does not provide
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
To ensure the livelihoods village "Aviator" will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life
