General information:
Cottage town is located at 20 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Tri reky” settlement envisages construction of 3 town-houses (36 flat) of area from 145 to 253 sq.m. at fenced-protected territory of 1,2 hectares. Land lots of 500-800 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Roofing: metal tile with pebble gravel
Windows: 2-cameras double glass panes, wooden
Façade finish: facing brick.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Tri reky” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including parking, fitness hall, children playgrounds and children room, first-aid post, sauna will be provided in the settlement.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
Specialists of Maintenance Department provide a maximum comfort level to the inhabitants of “Tri reky”. They guarantee not only continuous operation of all communication system, but bear responsibility for the territories aesthetics. Maintenance Department office is located in the administrative building at cottage town's entrance.
