General information:

Cottage town is located at 33 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Sosnovy bor” settlement envisages construction of 20 cottages of area from 200 to 500 sq.m and 7 town-houses of area from 167 to 343 sq.m. at fenced-protected territory of 12 hectares. Land lots of 700-5000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Sosnovy bor” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the settlement will be executed in style of «manorial estates».

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory.

Social infrastructure:

Developed infrastructure including sports and health-improving centre with gym and fitness hall, and tennis court, swimming pool, restaurant with night club, playgrounds, first-aid post, special game room, school will be provided in the settlement.

Security:

Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories. 

Management:

Specialists of Maintenance Department provide a maximum comfort level to the inhabitants of “Sosnovy bor”.  They guarantee not only continuous operation of all communication system, but bear responsibility for the territories aesthetics. Maintenance Department office is located in the administrative building at cottage town's entrance.
