General information:
Cottage town is located at 16 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Solnechnaya dolina” settlement envisages construction of 150 cottages of area from 239 to 732 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 45 hectares. Land lots of 1000-4200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.

They guarantee not only continuous operation of all communication system, but bear responsibility for the territories aesthetics. Maintenance Department office is located in the administrative building at cottage town's entrance.
