Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Serebryany zaliv” settlement envisages construction of 32 cottages of area from 300 to 1200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 35 hectares. Land lots of 4000-9500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: brick;
• Roofing: metal tile;
• Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
• Façade finish: decorative plaster, facing brick, etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Serebryany zaliv” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Social infrastructure:

No infrastructure is envisaged in the settlement.

Security:

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory.  By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means.  Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory

Management:

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Serebryany zaliv” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
