General information:
Cottage town is located at 24 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Plyutovo” settlement envisages construction of 19 cottages of area from 290 to 430 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 4,2 hectares. Land lots of 1500-2000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: monolithic reinforced concrete reinforced with reinforcement;
Walls: brick;
Roofing: soft bitumen tile
Windows: double glass pane with high heat-retaining index
Façade finish: decorative acryl plaster, natural stone, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Plyutovo” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.
Engineering communications:
Electricity – capacity 20-25 kWt/hour, power cable is connected to power supply network of the settlement
Water piping – central within the settlement is fed from 2 artesian wells (process water piping is fed form the third well)
Sewerage system – individual system of local treatment facilities
Gas supply – main
Heating system – gas boiler
Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in “Plyutovo” settlement will be built in the European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including construction of Public Centre (swimming pool, gym, massage room, medical station, sauna, recreation room), administrative and control block, maintenance and security service, playgrounds, and guest parking will be provided in the settlement.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Plyutovo” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
