General information:
Cottage town is located at 18 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Montana Villige” settlement envisages construction of 54 cottages of area from 327 to 512 sq.m and 3 town-houses of area from 1332 to 1738 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7 hectares. Land lots of 400-1600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

The settlement will provide infrastructure, which includes administrative corps, service operation and safety, etc.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Montana Villige” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
