General information:
Cottage town is located at 13 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Lesnoe ozero” settlement envisages construction of 15 cottages of area from 219 to 269 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 2 hectares. Land lots of 1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Lesnoe ozero” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Social infrastructure:
No infrastructure is envisaged in the settlement.
As the settlement is located not far from Kyiv, its inhabitants have a full access to the capital's infrastructure.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Lesnoe ozero” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
