General information:
Cottage town is located at 7 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Greenvich Hill” settlement envisages construction of 97 cottages of area from 300 to 350 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 18 hectares. Land lots of 1000-2000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of the settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
